You can choose to take a cable car or hike to the top. Taking the cable car will save you more time and energy, and you will be able to get a great view of the Great Wall from the top. However, the hiking option will allow you to enjoy more of the scenery on the way up, depending on your choice. Be sure to let your guide know your choice when you arrive.   Affter tourring in Badaling Great Wall, head to Ming Tomb. The mausoleum area is surrounded by mountains, with a plain in the centre and a small river twisting and winding in front of the mausoleum.
